Compatible only with Samsung The Frame TVs (sold separately). Made in Massachusetts from 99% recycled composite. It fits model years 2017 to 2020, which have LS003 or LS03 in the model number, so select your TV's model year at checkout and we'll include the correct mounting hardware.

The German Silver Scoop (2017-2020) comes in six sizes, matched to Samsung The Frame TVs in model years 2017 to 2020: 32, 43, 50, 55, 65 and 75 inches.

The brushed pewter catches along the broad edge and softens into shadow at the inner curve of the scoop, an anodized tone sealed into the metal to hold for a decade on.

It holds its place in rooms with brushed steel hardware, stone surfaces, and classical or landscape art. Cool, neutral backdrops let the brushed pewter scoop show its sculptural shadow line.

Classical and landscape work gain a gallery-calibrated housing, the scoop's inner shadow line separating the frame from the glare-free display like a deep mat.

Yes, a screwdriver. The four aluminum rails are laid face down on a soft surface and joined with corner keys, backing plates, and the included screws, tightened gradually until the corners are snug. The finished frame then hooks onto the top of the TV and locks at the bottom. It is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic home tasks.

The aluminum frame needs only a soft, dry cloth for dusting, and its finish is worked into the metal, so it holds up to normal handling. To clean the TV itself, power it off and unplug it first, then wipe the screen and frame gently with a microfiber cloth, since the panel is delicate and should never be pressed hard. If a mark needs more attention, add a few drops of distilled water to the cloth instead of spraying the TV directly, and let everything dry fully before plugging it back in. Avoid window cleaners, soap, wax, solvents, abrasive pads, and paper towels, which can scratch the screen or harm its glare-free coating. A lifetime warranty backs the frame if its finish or structure ever falls short.

The original Samsung remote uses Bluetooth, so it does not require a direct line of sight. If it stops responding after installation, a quick resync should fix it.

Yes, but there are a couple of solutions we recommend to easily prevent that from being a concern.

First, we recommend disabling the Night Mode and Sleep After settings within Sleep Options in your TV's Art Menu. That will prevent the artwork from shutting off ever few minutes when the sensor is being covered.

Alternatively, if you prefer the screen to turn off completely to a black screen, consider our SRS-2 device. It allows Night Mode and Sleep After settings to function seamlessly.
